I have two

“They grew up on the outside of society. They weren't looking for a fight. They were looking to belong.”  from the outsiders I love the outsiders, and this is my favorite quote.  
"More weight." the crucible 
There is something about this simple saying that intrigues me.  He is dying by being pressed, and he refused to give them the answer they wanted.  That is bravery.
